Small talk isn’t everyone’s favorite discipline and it doesn’t have to be. At Unplugged, we don’t leave our participants to fend for themselves; instead, we actively support them through our structured speed‑dating format. In this core element of the event, startups, investors, health insurance providers, and established companies meet directly in short, highly focused sessions.

Another highlight of the event are our SatelliteEvents, which take place in the morning at selected partner companies. They offer start-ups and innovators the opportunity to connect directly with experts from established organizations, learn from one another, and gain new perspectives. The format was introduced for the first time in 2025 – with great success.
